Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)

The FOS provides a dispute resolution service for eligible complainants. We will inform you of your right to refer your complaint to the FOS at the time that we issue our final response or if we have been unable to resolve the matter after eight weeks from the date of your initial complaint. You may have seen the recent announcements from the FCA in relation to Discretionary Commission linked to the sale of finance. Volvo Car Financial Services UK Limited (VCFSUK) commenced retail business on 4 May 2021. VCFSUK has never adopted a Discretionary Commission model with their Retailers.
